* Fix html page location (closes: #103190).
* Rename "getline" to avoid clash with dumb namespace polluting GNU
extension (closes: #104841). g++ 3 seems to activate __USE_GNU by
default, which triggered that.
* Added missing #include. Should now compile with g++ 3.
* Fix really stupid thinko that made multiplayer games impossible.
* Font problem not resolved, but I cannot reproduce it with XFree86 4,
so it will go away all by itself. :-P
