* Taking over as maintainer with approval of Wilmer van der Gaast.
Keeping Guido Guenther as co-maintainer with his approval.
* Added patch 01_fix-endianess-fedora fetched from Fedora e2fsprogs
version v1.37-4. It was supposed to solve the byte order problem,
but testing showed that it did not work. Adding it to the source
but not enabling it. This issue is related to bug #285257.
* New patch 90_versionstr to correct version number used in
messages. (Closes: #328691)
* Improve package descripting, listing some limitations and
alternatives. (Closes: #341703)
* Move debian specific patches into debian/patches/.
* New patch 60_warning to get rid of compiler warnings.
* New patch 70_nofallback to disable fallback to offline resizing
with ext2online. Change based on patch from RedHat, which claimed
the offline resizing is incompatible with online resizing and can
lead to corrupted file systems.
* New patch 80_endlessloop making sure loop to copy blocks do not
loop endlessly.
* Updated Standards-version to 3.6.1.0. No changes needed.
