  • Incorporate and acknowledge the changes from the non maintainer upload.
  • Lintian reports 18 warnings about this package. You should make the package lintian clean getting rid of them.
  • The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy (Standards-Version 4.6.2 instead of 3.9.8).
  • A new upstream version is available: 5.5.20131203, you should consider packaging it.
  • Package libiscwt-java-doc shares 1.2 MB of similar files with package libhac-java-doc, please investigate whether it is possible to reduce the duplication.

problems

  • The package is severely out of date with respect to the Debian Policy. Latest version is 4.6.2 and your package only follows 3.9.8...
  • There were override disparities found in suite unstable:
    • libiscwt-java: Override says java - optional, .deb says java - extra
    • libiscwt-java-doc: Override says doc - optional, .deb says doc - extra
