 powernowd  - control cpu speed and voltage using 2.6 kernel interface

 powernowd (0.80-3) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * the previous fix for 220022 was insufficient.  this version checks for
     the existence of required sysfs objects before trying to start the
     daemon, and point user to README.Debian if they aren't found.
   * augment README.Debian to explain what's required for this daemon to work
