  • The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy (Standards-Version 4.7.0 instead of 4.6.1).

problems

  • There were override disparities found in suite unstable:
    • proxycheck: Override says net - optional, .deb says net - extra
  • This package has been orphaned. This means that it does not have a real maintainer at the moment. Please consider adopting this package if you are interested in it. Please see bug number #980955 for more information.
  • The package has a debian/watch file, but the last attempt to use it for checking for newer upstream versions failed with an error: 
    In watchfile debian/watch, reading webpage   https://www.corpit.ru/mjt/proxycheck/ failed: 500 Can't connect to www.corpit.ru:443 (Temporary failure in name resolution)

autoremoval from testing

  • Version 0.49a-7 of proxycheck is marked for autoremoval from testing on 2024-04-30.
  • It is affected by RC bug #1067278.
  • You should try to prevent the removal from testing by fixing these bugs.
