  • The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy (Standards-Version 4.7.0 instead of 4.6.2).

autoremoval from testing

  • Version 2.0.6+dfsg-2 of subread is marked for autoremoval from testing on 2024-05-29.
  • It is affected by RC bug #1069030.
  • The removal of subread will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependencies: trinityrnaseq
  • You should try to prevent the removal from testing by fixing these bugs.
