* Change build-depends to use libxpm-dev instead of libxpm4-dev (mutters
under breath about X maintainers failing to provide smooth upgrade
paths and breaking unrelated programs). Closes: #263751.
* Updated description of ted-common to make it more clear that the
package is only useful if you're installing ted (closes: #210033).
