* debian/control, debian/copyright: Remove Martin Godisch from
maintainer fields and add myself instead at Martin's request.
* debian/control: Add debhelper and dpatch to build dependencies.
* debian/rules: Rewrite using debhelper and dpatch.
* debian/{preinst,postinst,prerm,postrm}: Fix potential errors with
non-XSI conformant shell interpreters, and add debhelper stubs.
* Added patches:
+ [10_fix_hurd_macro] Old, from previous diff.gz.
Fix macro name in GNU/Hurd check.
+ [10_fix_NOERR_macro] Old, from previous diff.gz.
Fix return value check in NOERR macro.
+ [20_disable_source_routing] Old, from previous diff.gz.
Disable source routing option that is broken on Linux.
