Incorporate and acknowledge the changes from the non maintainer upload.
The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy (Standards-Version 3.8.2 instead of 3.8.0).
The BTS contains patches fixing 1 bug, consider including or untagging it.

Problems

There were override disparities found in suite unstable:
- xmame-gl: Override says non-free/games - extra, .deb says non-free/games - optional
The package has a debian/watch file, but the last attempt to use it for checking for newer upstream versions failed with an error.
