Source: bcftools
Architecture: source
Version: 1.17-1
Distribution: unstable
Urgency: medium
Maintainer: Debian Med Packaging Team <debian-med-packaging@lists.alioth.debian.org>
Changed-By: Étienne Mollier <emollier@debian.org>
Changes:
bcftools (1.17-1) unstable; urgency=medium
.
* New upstream version
* Standards-Version: 4.6.2 (routine-update)
* d/lintian-overrides: update mismatched override.
* 2to3.patch: declare forwarding unneeded.
Only changes are the shebang and future import, making the initial
script somewhat agnistic of the python major version, and the patch
enforces use of python3.
* skip_new_test_failing_on_32bit.patch: use the Bug field.
The patch was initially documenting upstream issue with a Bug-Upstream
field instead of using the dedicated Bug field from DEP3, confusing
scanners to identify outstanding problems left to forward upstream.
