Closes: 212408 223470
Changes:
 conglomerate (0.7.12-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * new upstream version
    - This one will pull in a new scrollkeeper package,
    which pulls in new DocBook XML package.
    That will be docbook-xml => 4.2-8, which registers DTDs,
    it affects bugreports 226011, 212408 & 223470 positively.
    - Registering DTDs in xmlcatalog is the reason for the medium urgency.
 .
   * README
   Told more about the docbook-xml dependency,
   allows it to closes: #212408, #223470.
   But it was the DTD registration to close those bugs
