* work around bug in Term::ReadLine::Perl - it always ioctl()s STDIN
and ignores the filehandle you actually create it with when calling
Term::ReadKey. closes #255731
* Added debugging so we can see when we have to kludge up the incorrect
ioctl constants in sys/ioctl.ph, and we can see all the magic pty
manipulation when we are running without a "real" tty/pty.
* Tweaked POD to tidy up man page examples. closes #301031
