* NMU.
(I'm not sending it to DELAYED since the bugs in this package
have been opened for more than enough time!)
* Moved to non-free since nobody seems to be able to clarify
if the IETF documents follow a proper DFSG license. Notice
that a similar thing should be done for a number of packages
which include RFCS if the RFCS are not removed from them.

* Fixed typo in description (Closes: #124559)
* Included the patch provided by Martin Quinson in order to
fix how documents are registered when using doc-base. The long-term
fix, however, would be to have each package register its own
documents (instead of everybody else's). I have modified the patch,
however, to register the documents in doc-rfc-std and removed the
call to debhelper. Also, the 'old' directory is now created
in the doc-rfc-std package.

[Notice, however, that this bug was open since september 2001, the
lack to fix this bug (even when there was a patch available) makes
me question wether or not this package should be orphaned.
Also, probably RC bug #92810 (not fixed for more than 2 years) will
probably have this package be removed from Debian, oh well..]
* Included rfc program to download rfcs directly from the Internet
it would be nice to include http://www.dewn.com/rfc/ but it
does not hold a proper license, might do so in the future, though.
For the time being the scripts provided by Christian Hammers are included
(a shell wrapper script which runs a perl script if perl is available).

* Removed dh_make boilerplate from debian/copyright to fix lintian
warnings.
* Fixed description of packages as requested with the provided patch,
it is sad to see a discussion on a bug report on something so
unimportant and easy to fix, also, please reread that bug report
for a pointer to the packages that should probably substitute
these current ones and are available at:

bug report, I did not read that Martin had recently made new packages
until I had already made this new set of packages fixing the RC
bugs, having opened a new bug report (maybe saying 'please use _these_
packages' could have prompted an NMU of Martin's packages instead
