* 01_fix-endianess: Fixing #285257 opens another can of worms since
ext2resize is by no means endianess clean. This patch fixes some of the
issues but for now we only allow to "resize" the fs to the same size and
abort in cases where we'd have to actually change the size of the fs (on
big endian systems).
* 10_fix-blkgetsize64: fix BLKGETSIZE64 system call, patch from BTS by Alex
Owen - thanks
* 20_fix_example_in_ext2online_manpage: fix broken example in the
extonline.8 manpage
