     - Return to Castle Wolfenstein: allow autoexec.cfg to be empty
       (as it is in the Mac CD version) or missing.

       alternatives, for which the Sigil expansion for Doom 1 is probably

       game, and --debugger="gdb --args" is the correct spelling.
