   * d/gobject-introspection-bin.README.Debian: Fix cross-file name
   * d/control: Convert Breaks/Replaces to a concrete version.
     During development of the changes that were released as 1.78.1-7,
     I used ${binary:Version} for these, but now that we've released that
     version we can use a more concrete cutoff point.
   * Provide the libgirepository-1.0.so symlink in gobject-introspection
     (which is depended on by libgirepository-1.0-dev), and not directly in
     libgirepository-1.0-dev.
     This is a workaround for a Meson issue,
     https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/12680, in which the
     dumper binary is unnecessarily linked to libgirepository-1.0 even
     if no such dependency was declared.
     The C headers for the library are still in libgirepository-1.0-dev,
     to ensure that packages that use the library (like gjs and pygobject)
     are still forced to build-depend on libgirepository-1.0-dev (or
     the older libgirepository1.0-dev).

   * d/control: Canonicalize Uploaders field (wrap-and-sort -at)
   * d/control: Canonicalize order of Build-Depends (wrap-and-sort -at)
   * d/*.install: Canonicalize order of file lists (wrap-and-sort -at)
   * d/tests: Canonicalize order of dependencies (wrap-and-sort -at)
   * d/control: Canonicalize order of dependencies etc. (wrap-and-sort -at)
