* Move rmagick to a gem call and hard code version to deal with mem leaking

* Initial commit to offer dynamic presentation for archive view of cameras
on wwwifetch and templates/Archive.
* Moved version number to the bottom on dynamic live and archive pages in

* Updated htdocs index.html and removed live.html and archive.html since we
