* New upstream version:
- Fix problems with resolvconf support, and update to support DNS
features from newer version (>= 0.18).
- Use shared code from autonet project.

- Always keep the network interface "up". This is needed for the
sis900 driver, and possibly others.
- Implement multiple-interface support. This needs more work in
"debian/init.d" before it is fully functional. This is a big change
and is probably buggy.
* Move build-depends-indep to build-depends as temporary fix.

* Shut down interface when upgrading. I don't know how to fix this
properly. (reopens: Bug#195752) (closes: Bug#198081)
* Add dependency on net-tools, for ifconfig.
