+ DH_COMPAT=1 is deprecated, using 4 in debian/compat now
+ adjust to comply with Policy section 10.1
+ substitute $(CURDIR) for `pwd`
* debian/menu: quoting all entries
* debian/watch: added
* debian/changelog: recoded to UTF-8 because of former maintainer's name
