   * Add "../countrylist" in debian/po/POTFILES.in to make the region
     names translatable again. Old translations from countrychooser
     are grabbed back from it in the master files
   * Remove the hacked intltool-merge and use new "flag:partial"
     functionnality of po-debconf to allow partially translated
     country lists
   * Remove comments inside the default value for country name and code
     Fix for a possible po2debconf bug but this is a good occasion to
     remove this cruft anyway and use normal comments
     Closes: #358097
   * Activate Irish in the languagelist
   * Add Dzongkha to the list of languages (commented)
