   * Use debhelper compatibility version 4
   * Recoded changelog page to UTF-8
   * Updated Standards Version
   * Added a note in debian/control about the manpages being (probably)
     not up-to-date
   * Describe the current status in the README.Debian file (in Spanish)
   * Written debian/find-duplicates.sh to find duplicated files in the future.
   * Remove manpages now provided by the new passwd package upstream:
     login.1, passwd.1 and su.1 (Closes: #328309, #330572)
