* added note about assumed fs layout in grub conf example.
* avoid non-portable "read -p" in postinst.
* avoid non-portable "-o" in test(1) call in postinst.
* use dh-buildinfo.
* Remove build-dependency on gcc-3.2, build with current gcc.
* Switch to debhelper v5 (no change).
* Updated FSF address in debian/copyright.
* Bumped Standards-Version to 3.7.2 (no change).
