* mirror after "Not symlinking ..." now adds "as no file ...".
* mirror boolean keyword get_symlink_files= gets missing file and
then makes symlinks otherwise bad. Default false for security.
* Control files packages/debian-dists and mm/debian-dists added
and old control files ftp.debian.org moved to examples/edd.
* Control files by Joe Botha <joe@frogfoot.net> added to examples/joe.
* Added README.quick, Beginner's Quickstart Guide to Mirror.
* mkls-lR control files moved to examples/iml.
