* New upstream version.
* Most important change from 0.7.x to 0.8.x is that there are now statedir
and outputdir separated!
* Checking if the config file is already present, if so, exit.

* Reflected the change that match.useragents.conf is now used in input_clf
rather than match.ua.conf.
* Added outputdir to the output sections and statedir in the global section.
The state files will be put in the subdirectory "statefiles" of the directory
the user chooses at install time.
* We use now, so changed the Build-Depends to libexpat1-dev.
* We also want to create the output directory from the debconf question.
* Changed the default output directory to /var/www/modlogan
* To have a prettier headline for the overview page, I changed the template
in so far, that the user should enter the hostname wihtout the http:// part.
and in the postinst we look if he did it nevertheless, but the http:// part
isn't stripped from the hostname.
* And to prevent any upcoming manpage bugs, I wrote one :-). To include my
manpage and not the empty one from upstream, I commented out the man_MANS
line and any occurences of this variable in doc/Makefile.am and regenerated
the .in file.
