* Built without PNG support to work around the recent bug in libpng.
Urgency ist set to match the bug's severity. Note that I am leaving
Bug#278921 open awaiting a proper fix.

* Took care of errors reported by lintian:
- Removed unnecessary build-time dependencies.
- Converted changelog file to UTF-8.
- Got rid of an absolute link.

* Took care of warnings reported by lintian:
- Updated to current policy.
- Corrected the section of an upstream manpage.
- Merged upstream license files into debian/copyright.
- Quoted strings in menu entries.
- Slightly reduced size of menu icon.
