   * Added Vietnamese translation for debconf thanks to David Schmitt. (closes: #312972)
   * Depend on debconf-2.0 as well as debconf to facilitate the debconf
     transition (closes: #332034)
   * Simplied the cron entry thanks to Jari Aalto (closes: #282454) but kept
     the 'if' statement.
   * Updated to debhelper compat 4
