Description:
pyxmms-remote - command-line interface to XMMS
Changes:
pyxmms-remote (1.11-3) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Changed the "python-xmms (>= 2.01-1)" dependency to
"python-xmms (>= 2)" because it is equivalent for people using only
official Debian packages, but makes life easier for people who
backport python-xmms to earlier Debian releases (they can build
their backported 2.01-1 python-xmms package with a version like
2.01-0.99woody.joerandom.0, which will get replaced by the official
python-xmms 2.01-1 package when they upgrade their Debian installation
to a new release [supposing 2.01-1 is the current version in that new
release] and still provides a functional pyxmms-remote since the
real meaning of the dependency is to express that this pyxmms-remote
needs the namespaces added in PyXMMS 2 [2.00 would work just
like 2.01]).
* Remade the change that causes pyxmms-remote to invoke /usr/bin/python
instead of /usr/bin/env python since it was somehow lost
between 1.09-1 and 1.11-1.
