systemd-shim REMOVED from testing

FYI: The status of the systemd-shim source package
in Debian's testing distribution has changed.

  Previous version: 10-3
  Current version: (not in testing)
  Hint: <https://release.debian.org/britney/hints/ivodd>
    # 20180825; done 20180825
Bug #895292: Restart, Suspend, Hibernate, Shut Down all greyed out in lightdm
Bug #895418: systemd-shim: incompatibility with a new version of systemd
Bug #901404: systemd-shim: Please dpkg-divert the dbus services you want dbus-activatable
Bug #901405: systemd-shim: Please add a sysvinit service to create directories on /run at boot
Bug #903295: libpam-systemd: Depends: systemd-shim (>= 10-4~) but it is not going to be installed

The script that generates this mail tries to extract removal
reasons from comments in the britney hint files. Those comments
were not originally meant to be machine readable, so if the
reason for removing your package seems to be nonsense, it is
probably the reporting script that got confused. Please check the
actual hints file before you complain about meaningless removals.
