* Orphaned. sysvinit-utils, a "required" package, now conflicts with
sysvconfig, rendering it uninstallable. My request that sysvconfig
be removed from Sid was refused. I am no longer willing to maintain
it (and it is almost entirely unused anyway).

* Added code to service script suggested by Russ Allbery to clean
the environment.

* Refactored to allow any string for the action. For any action other
than "stop" or "start" the script is grepped for a case statement
containing the action. This is necessary because some scripts do the
wrong thing when handed an action they don't support. "status-all"
now works. Tries to comply with LSB v. 3.2.
