   * Change the build-depends:
     - included the need of one version lowest then 2.5.31 for flex;
     - updated the gcc depends to gcc (<< 3.3) | gcc-3.3 (>= 3.3.1-0pre0):
       - droped debian/patches/10_change_gcc_default.dpatch.
     - updated the flex depends:
       - added debian/patches/13_fix_flex_compile.dpatch.
     since the last version (3.3.1-0pre0) solve the previous build problem.
   * Fix the FTBFS bug in mipsel (closes: #198519):
     - updated the 01_makefile.dpatch.
   * Fix the quoting of project directory in TCM loading tool
     (closes: #198001):
     - added debian/patches/12_quote_system_call.dpatch.
