* pull-lp-source: Detect more failure conditions and give a nice error
instead of a trace
* buildd, requestsync, grab-attachments, hugdaylist, update-maintainer:
Detect & bail if we don't have credentials and need them. These scripts
cannot continue under those circumstances.
