   * fhs.py checks its act (closes: #289160)
   * debian/control : removed conflicts towards non-existent packages
   * finally understood L,U&E : Zope recreates some .pyc while it is shtudown!
     So corrected zope2.7.prerm (to create the list of  all .pyc and .pyo )
     and zope2.7.postrm (to delete them)
